What's the point of (tasteless) entertainment if the manager ensures his own schedule and never makes himself available to residents (schedule, reception of deliveries, etc.). You will have to change the mode of reception if you want your “seniors” residence to be something other than an ordinary rental. My opinion is TOTALLY UNFAVORABLE on how to manage minimal support for us

Depends on accommodation. My mother's was like a cell: very little light, overlooking a small screened terrace. Very difficult access: you will have to walk 75m from the street. In the event of a heavy load (moving, shopping, etc.), it quickly becomes hell. In addition, parking spaces are limited on rue des Orchidées. There remains the Intermarché car park for temporary use as it is very expensive (€5 per half hour) and closed at night and on Sundays. The benches in the alleys around are frequented by high school students on nitrous oxide. Not very reassuring. Burglaries on the ground floor are frequent. The proximity of the supermarket is a plus, the Avenue Clémenceau tram works a minus. Still requires a walk to reach the Comédie or the Polygone.
