Based on 30 minutes spent there waiting for a family member I would not recommend this facility at all. I walked right in after hours, the door was not secured and there was nobody at the desk. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes without anybody noticing I was there. In that time, saw spilled coleslaw and garbage on the lobby floor, a resident in a wheelchair went outside to smoke in 10 degree weather alone and two separate families walked past me indicating their family members were not being taken care of, one person indicated their mother was not being bathed. I can’t even imagine what the rooms looked like or how poorly residents are being treated.

I currently have a family member in this facility. The staff is extremely friendly! Every time I visit there is always a smile. The clinical team is always respectful, responsive and attentive. The admissions team is collectively oriented and supportive as well. I feel like as a family we made the right choice with this facility. We feel at ease with the level of treatment, this facility has given my father-in-law. I would like to thank the staff for having the compassion to take care of our loved ones when we are not able.
My grandma is here and says the staff treats her great, some of the best treatment she’s had at a rehab/assisted living facility
I’m an employee here and I Absolutely Love it here! The patients and residents are well taken care of!!!! The staff is dedicated and works well as a team to provide the best care possible! I would Definitely recommend this place to my own family members! We ARE The Best as caregivers!!!!!!! Your family members are our family members as soon as you walk in the door!
Staff, both clinical and nonclinical, is very kind and compassionate with the upmost level of professionalism. Facility is clean with a dedicated team to ensure cleanliness. Clinical staff puts patients first and remembers personal details about patients to add a higher level of care. Non clinical staff have returned my phone calls in a timely manner, made paperwork efficient, and billing is clear. Overall have loved the facility and would be pleased sending my family here.
