The rooms were very nice. For the most part the food was good 👍. I was encouraged to leave to soon and was given a walker that will not fit through my doorways. The phones in the rooms do not work. The optional menu foods are nothing short of gross an inedible. I went hungry several times a week because I don't like fish and tried to replace the meal. For the most part the chef and team did an amazing job with the meals! Jana and Lucy are great physical therapist! I was there for 4 weeks but should have been there at least 6 weeks.
Created an unsafe discharge plan and they never communicated with the POA agent about proper care. The case manager seemed disinterested with the situation when addressed & did not provide appropriate supports for the patient. Legacy should provide world-class care with professionals who actually understand geriatric care. My family member should not have been discharged to her home without a through assessment. We are in a potentially dangerous situation.
Legacy is the best! Matt is such a kind and compassionate PT! He has become a good friend and has really helped my knee get stronger and feel better! Matt truly listens and is gentle but makes sure things get done. If you want a great place for rehab, go to Legacy and ask for Matt! This comment was last year I do not have the same opinion this year they're slow to bring pain pills ridiculous
I have been usually Legacy Village outpatient for many years. This is my third time using their therapy department. Matt has been awesome and all of the people have been great. Our doctors have recommended that we go other places for PT but we insist on Legacy with Matt and his crew.
