We have placed our mother in the assisted living here. After getting her moved in, it has been a great 5 Star experience with the Director of Nursing, but the rest has been quite a challenge. Our mother still does not have her cable on in her room, which they said would be done the first day. That is a service they are supposed to provide. They have also not installed her hand towel rack or towel rack in her bathroom, which they also said would be completed the first day. She has been in the facility for a week now, on quarantine and has somehow contracted pneumonia. She is not allowed out of her room which is not good for anyone with pneumonia. She needs to be up exercising. Her room is not big enough for her to get the exercise she needs. We are getting more concerned every day for the well-being of our mother. They sometimes don’t deliver her meds or meals to her. They don’t check on her very frequently and they did not even help her clean up her nose bleed mess on the floor. I’m not so sure why this place is called assisted living. Hopefully things change and I can change my rating of this place. I actually could have placed it a little lower and said a few more things about our experience prior to placement in the facility, but I will refrain. Hopefully someone can address this situation with us, because going up to talk with them had had no effect, as of yet.

Horrible place. If you value your loved one, do not bring them here. Worst management in a facility I have ever heard of. They feed your loved ones expired food. They don't use proper care in cleaning. Allow some employees to sleep on the clock. Take lunch out of pay for 3rd shift workers, but don't allow them to take a lunch. Workers are not even allowed to store food to feed themselves on a 12 hour shift. Lazy about paying paychecks, they just give you what they scheduled you and not actual pay based on time clock. And the list goes on. Management doesn't have a care in the world in this place. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WORKING FOR THEM. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE! Shorted my wifes last paycheck out of spite. We will be contacting a lawyer.
Such a beautiful facility and staff that shows compassion and sincerity in the work they carry out.
