Food service doesn’t match the price. The eggs never come over correct. They're undercooked. The biscuits are usually burnt. And the food comes out cold or luke warm. They’re also always running out of something. I have found a hair in my food. They’re supposed to take orders at 8 am they don’t start until about 8:30 so that leaves you getting your food at 9 or later. The staff isn’t always attentive and doesn’t stay in the dining room to help with refills or whatever we may need.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Legacy Oaks of Azle, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and beautifully maintained. It's clear that they genuinely care about their residents' well-being and happiness. I highly recommend Legacy Oaks of Azle to anyone looking for a wonderful community for their loved ones!
We have lived here since January 2024. It is a wonderful place with different activities on and off property. Everyone is very kind and a spiritual faithful resident atmosphere. The food situation could be better as no dietary needs for diabetic, or specialty needs, are available and, the food choices are not very nutritional. Food time brings fellowship, so meals should be nutritious and tasty. We have a lovely dining area and issues are being addressed but, special diets are not considered.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for Kelly and her beautiful staff at Legacy Oaks of Azle. They helped my family and I with their transition from another state to feel as effortless as possible and with so much love & compassion. I am truly Blessed that my parents are enjoying this new beautiful senior living facility. I highly recommend Legacy Oaks is you are looking to ensure kindness and compassion be shown to your loved ones on a daily basis.
