Johnson / Sonja I decided no thank you to a second round) then to everything else in between ending with working against pt/family relationships by driving a wedge between a vulnerable adult/loved ones. In the pretentious insidious words of N. Johnson, Social Services "just in case you needed to know" family support verses medical durable power of Att. is 2 separate for years of support for my sister. It was not your position to make sure you encourage a vulnerable adult to live independently and to separate her from her "needed" family support medically and for life. Simply told as you put it N. Johnson" she looks like to me(you) that she's perfectly fine to make her own life decisions" Just in case you need to know N. Johnson, social services what it looks like to you [in a very few short weeks] is not what it really has been for years! All Fast Talkers (before they put their foot in their mouth) N. Johnson, need to do research on certain serious medical/ mental health conditions because All That You See From The Outside Looking In, Aren't What Your Looks.... Like. It's strange non fiction indeed! Shame On You! Yep it's an experience for sure. If by choice run away and not toward this place. It's not about their ratings. It's not about comparing others' reviews to none. No experience is suppose to be the same. I live by what I live. No rumors! No hearsay. Key Words; *Disappointment is a Feeling. *Feelings are different than facts. *No Regard for medical/ mental health histories. *Lack of consideration for a "Vulnerable Adult's Personal Safety" Disregard for the importance of "Family Support which is never compared to nor replaced by a hen the ignorance it takes to determine and act going by it "appears"that a person is lucid and or capable of safe decision making practices verses what the truth Is " In just a few short weeks the covers came off. The slack admission process/the building's staff shortages, your food and supply deficits, your recurring plumbing and toilet backups issues/prescribed medications unavailable and or that is not even bothered to refill/your staff saying one thing one day supposedly to resolve needs/and then the next day staff didn't know anything they said prior to or did not really know anything or what to do. etc,etc,etc. So under which care were you alluding to ? That's rhetorical ! Yes I'm sorry for this legacy experience as well. Her son warned us yet only in hind sight and he is correct. Worst Health and Rehab facility ever !

I was so impressed with the visit today. The new changes are amazing. I love that there are private rooms that are available. The addition of a full time wound nurse is wonderful. The building is so clean and smelled great. I had no idea that they have a Dementia unit. Jamie I love the new vibes you are bringing, keep up the great work.
I was totally horrified at how this place is run! Staff knew nothing about my brothers medical condition even 2 weeks after he arrived. A nurse was complaining to us about my brothers condition as if he was supposed to be in tip top shape and was at a resort misbehaving! They neglected his needs and I feel actually caused his death by being negligent! I wish I had checked them out closely before his being moved there. Please if you have a loved one needing care at a facility/ check them out thoroughly before giving them into their care! They are not always what they say they are!
My brother spent the last two weeks of his life being neglected by this facility. The staff appeared not to be informed of his mental or physical condition. They weren't even aware he could not transfer himself from his wheel chair to the commode. He deserved so much more . 😪 ..
Well thanks for causing my grandma to come to her end sooner than she would’ve if she wouldn’t have gone to legacy. Y’all’s facility is a disgrace and I’ll never forgive myself for allowing her to go there. I don’t know if everyone there sucks at their job and just caring for people in general or are only there for a paycheck but if the higher echelon for legacy sees this. Please reevaluate from the bottom of the ladder first if you plan on having a company that values their patients.
