We moved my mom and dad into Ledgewood Bay just more than a year ago from the home that they lived in for nearly 40 years and that they loved. The transition was difficult for them. The onboarding team at Ledgewood was understanding of the situation and everyone made my folks feel welcome and understood. Since then, and through my mom passing at 91 and my dad having a medical issue, the administration and especially the care team there, have been supportive, available, and truly caring of my dad and our family. I'm pleased to say that my dad is thriving at 91 and regularly participates in the activities and scheduled excursions outside of the facility. It's truly a place for him to be independant and very well cared for at the same time.

My wife has raved at her positive experience working with Suzanne during the intake process for my Mother-in-Law. Suzanne’s ability to support my Mother-in-Law as well as our entire family during this difficult time was imperative in getting the care we needed. We are all forever grateful for Suzanne and the fellow Ledgewood staff.

I have several friends at Kedgewoid Bay. The staff is outstanding . From aides to kitchen staff, sales , activities and management .they sincerely care . Caring, clean, community minded, supportive and respectful of the residents .
My mother in law stayed at Ledgewood Bay the staff were great taking care of her and getting her out of her room to join in the fun activities they had .
