My dear 98-year-old grandmother has been here for over a year now, I think. But yesterday she told a story that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up!! And so she tells me and my mother even more. But what she said yesterday makes me very angry! About 3 weeks ago my grandmother was washed by a lady who was quite obsessed with the gold chain that my grandmother was wearing at that time and she also thought that 2 gold rings that my grandmother was wearing were very beautiful... the lady also noticed this. While this lady is thoroughly soaking my grandmother's neck, my grandmother notices that this lady has been washing her neck for a very long time, after which my grandmother says "what are you doing?" My grandmother's hands are then thoroughly soaked, causing the 2 gold rings to slip off easily... Not much later my grandmother is dressed and she is approached by a nurse who immediately notices that my grandmother is wearing less jewelry and she also says, you are so bald... whereupon my grandmother starts feeling her neck and is shocked... Necklace gone... then she looks at her left hand... 2 gold rings are also gone!!!! My grandmother sleeps very badly because of this incident and she knows who it is who robbed her, but my grandmother says...I can't say anything because there is no clear evidence. A report has been filed, she says, but my grandmother also said... you are dismissed as "he is old, he doesn't know that anymore!!! So the perpetrator walks around freely in the 11 Ranks and gets away with it very easily!!! My grandmother is 98 but very up to date!!!! And not crazy!!! I think this is scandalous!! In addition, they let the old ones sit for too long when they have to go to the toilet, and the rest also looks unpleasant... small rooms and dirty too because there is no time for cleaning. My grandma was just crying yesterday and she also says I hope you never end up here!! If you ask the staff, they often don't know a lot, it's really disastrous. And be warned, residents are being robbed here!!! The one who robbed my grandmother...that he still dares to look at himself in the mirror!! Coward!!
Very bad and unprofessional. My father-in-law, Mr. M, stayed here for almost a month and has only gotten worse mentally. This care home employs staff who simply do not have enough knowledge and/or are not certified to do anything. Now I'm still mild, but I can now write a book about how bad it is here. The rooms are very small, so residents can just sit and sleep here. Afterwards people can spend time in the living room which is really super uncomfortable. If you have any questions about your parents, no one knows anything because a transfer is apparently very difficult and you are fobbed off like I don't know because I have just started working. They prefer to put people in bed as quickly as possible so that the staff can take a break and have some rest, even if people need help and they are eating/breaking, they leave you to your fate and you can just shit your pants or you lie dead on the floor, and if you ask why no one is coming, then the break/eating is more important than a human life. My father-in-law arrived at his permanent nursing home yesterday and man, what a difference, they are really professional there and can see what is happening and what is being done for the residents. This way the family knows what the status is. I think the eleven tendrils still have a lot to learn. I would never bring my parents here as my final final residence. I could go on for a while, but then it would be a very thick book.
Recorded with extra attention due to extremely severe bruises. Had 100% care for 5 weeks, then needed less care, but constant supervision Being able to do a lot of washing and dressing yourself in the last 3 weeks of the 11 weeks A simple private room and a cozy shared living room where all sisters and brothers were constantly there for you Just call and get help within 2 minutes. Breakfast/lunch 👍 Dinner fair to good
After being in the rehabilitation department, our mother Mrs. van K. stayed in a "waiting room" in Somatic Department 3 until a place to live elsewhere was found for her. She has improved so much because of the good, sweet, nice care she received in both departments. What great guys, and we are very grateful for everything. However, what should and can be drawn to attention are the hot meals that are delivered from outside. There were complaints about this, and not only from mothers.
