We put our loved one in this SNF when it became apparent that she needed more care than what we could realistically offer her. When arriving here it may not look like much, but its the people that work here that make it great. I would say the best experiences have been with some of the staff. I honestly can say our first experience was the tour of the facility. We were taken through the hallways by Carolina. She happens to sit in the front office when you enter and she greeted us with a warm smile. She took us through and eased all of our concerns. Honestly after touring two other places, this one felt like the best fit for us. In the coming weeks, it has been Carolina who has gone above and beyond and deserves recognition! Upon arrival for our loved one, it felt like a huge disconnect from the hospital to the facility. There was no process to keep my loved one out of pain so immediately. Fortunately we worked with the staff and the doctor on site and we resolved the matter promptly. After a month of my loved one being here, I am still very happy with the facility. My loved one is a picky eater so we are in and out of the facility daily. We wanted a place that could care for her daily needs and partner with us to make this place a home away from home. We are able to work with the staff to get her to medical appointments, get her out on pass for several hours. In addition they have Ressurection Eucharistic Ministers bring communion to them on Sundays. I just want to say there are additional individuals who have been easy to work with; Rebecca, Jocelyn, Deli, Della, Mable, Saul, Ana and of course DON-Kat! I can say there are others too, but I dont know that we know their names yet. I am happy we found this hidden gem so close to our home.

The Laurel Wellness facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a supportive and positive environment.
I am a resident currently here. When I first came, I was very scared but now I am sad to be leaving. I wanna give a special thanks to the activities department. The girls were always very nice to me and made my time here go faster. Ashley, Max, and Jessica from activities always have a smile on their face and make my day brighter. Thank you girls.
The facility is in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of outside patio space to use for visits. The facility is kept clean and there’s never lingering odor. Great staff and management truly cares about the patients.
This place has the nicest and most caring staff. Nurses, cna's, case workers, social workers, maintenance, and housekeeping are the best I've ever seen!!!!!!!!! 💖♥️💕❣️❣️❣️❤️😊😊💯💟💞💜🩵🤍💘 I would love to reiterate that the staff here is wonderful they are the nicest folks they all go above and beyond social workers caseworkers nurses the CNAs I love these people Amelia, Susan, Marlon, Hilda, Sandra, Blanca, Uche, there are soooooooooo many of them that go above and beyond and I know their names when I see them. This also includes Kyle the director. He is a man of his word and he cares just like the rest of his staff I really highly recommend this place they really care and they show it and how they treat you and how they take care of you every last one of them I recommend this place for anyone who wants to have great care by a wonderful staff ❤️ 😊
