Because the bus driver knew the residents so well, they knew something must be wrong. A check in was performed where they found her in very bad shape. The LC team literally saved her life. Be sure to review financials on the phone before visiting. This is not a Plan A CCRC so one must have sufficient funds for end of life care. As a result, age is also crucial to the assessment. It has a very fine reputation so the stars.
