I have now been here at Laurel Brook for over a month now and to say I've received beyond excellent care is quite an understatement. I had previously never been to a rehabilitation center prior to my stay here so I didn't know what to expect. From the first day here until now I've had the pleasure of meeting some pretty awesome, caring, and extremely attentive people from all of the nurses, physical therapy staff, and everyone else in between. All of my needs here have been met with extreme promptness which has made my stay here very pleasant to say the least. My nurse Rainu has been a Godsend and is a very valuable asset to Laurel Brook and I pray she is appreciated as such. She is the true definition of genuine and is a total sweetheart to top it off. I also can't say enough good things about the physical therapy staff as they are all very patient and are great at what they do here working with the patients. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone here needing rehabilitation.

My mother spent about a month @ Laurel Brook. No one is ever happy to be in a rehab/nursing home; however, I have to say that this is the best place she has ever been. We have tried numerous places over the last 8 years. My mom is always doing something that puts her in rehab for a couple of weeks here and there. We have tried many different places, but this one has been the best. The people (nurses, aides, business staff, and food folks) have all been great. They communicate with me (her daughter) frequently. They joke with her and have made her as comfortable as can be. This is the first place she didn't call me asking to take her home. The food was decent, and believe me, there is bad food out there! She was never left for long, always answering her call bell. That is not the experience we have had in the past. Folks there seem happier than other places, and it smells pretty clean in there (those who have visited these places know what I am talking about). And now that my mom has Medicaid and I can get some respite care, she is open to visiting Laurel Brook when I need her to! I can't say enough about that. Lastly, her send-off on the red carpet with all the staff there was the cutest ever! Thank you for a great experience.
My mom has been here for about 3 weeks now, and I can honestly say she has had the most amazing care. The nurses, aids and staff have all been so nice, welcoming, and caring. The place is very clean and well kept, every time I come in it smells so nice. Every morning my mom gets really sweet messages on her cup, from one of the aids. And she also really enjoys the physical therapy. Overall, if you have a loved one whom needs rehabilitation, this is the perfect place to come!
My stay at Laurel Brook has been above excellent. The nursing and therapy dept were amazing. Katherine and Jewel from PT were very compassionate and encouraging. Myera, my aide, was exceptional and went above and beyond. My unit manager Janice and evening RN Jim were very knowledgeable and caring. Kelsie in admissions made the intake process smooth and seamless. Haylee my unit clerk was always willing to help and kept me updated on all of my upcoming appointments. Overall this facility is very friendly and caring. Every single employee is willing to take time out to talk to you. I would highly recommend Laurel Brook to anyone in the area needing rehab before going back home! I must say the food was plenty and the chiefs did a good job.
I visited my Sister in Law in March 2025 and first impressions were good, clean and no foul odors.. Front desk and check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough about the nurse, Marissa, she was very attentive to my Sister in Law:s needs and efficient in implementing everything I had requested. I can peacefully return to Florida knowing my Brother and Sister -in-Law are in good hands for the duration of her rehabilitation. Thank you, Laurel Brook staff.
