We have lived at Las Fuentes for about 1 and 1/2 years. Las Fuentes delivers on its promises. The place is attractive, clean, comfortable, quiet and has a caring staff. The activities are appropriate for a senior living community. They provide appropriate transportation for residents. The meal plan is flexible and works for those who prefer to eat in their apartments and those who who wish to eat in their reasonably priced pay as you go dining room. We made a good choice when we chose Las Fuentes! If you are looking for a senior living home, be sure to look at and seriously consider Las Fuentes!

Both my Father and Father-in-law reside at Las Fuentes Resort Village. Honestly I have nothing but good things to report. Across the board. The facility is fantastic, it comes with a swell private park / grove for walks. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. Excellent care and attention. If you or an elderly loved one is looking for solid assisted living or independent living close to support, I would highly recommend Las Fuentes Resort Village.
Since the day we toured the facility with my mother in law we’ve had an amazing experience. The director, Clarissa personally showed us all around including the apartment my mother in law chose. Since moving in my mother in law has received rock star treatment from the entire staff, including maintenance, and the residents. Everyone is always happy there. With its uplifting and truly caring community our mother in law is happy to call Las Fuentes her forever home.
It’s nearly two years since I moved into Las Fuentes. Everything that I was promised by the marketing department has turned out to be reality. I remember while being on a tour, considering whether I would move here, that Karen Thorstad knew the name of every resident we came across. This kind of personal attention from the staff has impressed me significantly, and I have discovered since moving in, that for the most part, all of the employees make an effort to know the people by name, no small feat with close to 300 residents! In fact, the servers in the dining room, not only remember my name; many of them remember my apartment number and bring me a Diet Coke without my having to ask for it. I gave up my car when I moved in, and it has been wonderful to have the transportation drivers take me to appointments, including assisting me to get in and out of the vehicle and talking with me like a friend. One of the nicest things for me is to be able to order my groceries online, choose a time for them to be picked up, and let the guys in transportation handle the physical labor. Whenever I’ve had a question, staff members have been more than willing to answer me, or lead me to another staff member who knew the answer. Executive Director Doug Libby’s open door policy, I have discovered, is not simply a verbal phrase; he welcomes anyone into his office as long as his door is open, which is most of the time. Denice, at the front desk, has treated me in person and on the telephone as though I were someone special, not just someone who lives here. She cheers me up just by her bright and committed attitude. While I have heard complaints from other residents concerning the meals in the dining room, I remember only two meals there that I have not been 100% satisfied with. In both of those cases, I filled out a comment card, which the kitchen staff has indicated they want to receive. The facility is always kept clean and in good repair. Granted, some of the decor is dated, but I know that this is one of the projects that is being worked on. Having moved here from just an hour away, I have had visits from a number of people from “the old neighborhood.” There has not been one visitor who has not indicated that they have been impressed by Las Fuentes. One friend really wanted to move here after she saw what it is like to live here. Together we looked at her finances in detail; and when she discovered that she would not have enough money to stay here for more than a few years, she became disheartened until she could grieve the fact that this could not be. As I continue to have birthdays, I look forward to continued living here, and when necessary moving into assisted living. To put my review in a couple of words, “I am satisfied and content with Las Fuentes.”
I have had nothing but the best experiences interacting with the staff at Las Fuentes. They are all genuinely engaged and caring. I don't know how I would have coped without their help in the wake of my father's death and my mother's need for a higher level of assistance. I can't say enough good things about them.
