And if any of my ppl do get their foot in the doors of las cruces, village nursing prepare to be abruptly moved mid-shift without any logical explanation . I have a very close friend that moved in Senior Living Apartments . Her husband passed and was afraid to live alone. Now she says she feels safe having new neighbors, new friends close by and security. She’s always saying staff is very friendly and very helpful.
The staff got us setup and in the Village grove with a smile. That really helps a stressful time.

Things were perfect at first. Then they were sold and the billing went to both Sioux Falls and Albuquerque. Sioux Falls takes what they want and forwards the rest. For the past couple of years, always around Oct., I receive a call saying I owe money. Today I was told I haven’t paid since June. I pay the statement for my mother every month and send it where they tell me. Albuquerque told me they cannot get info from Sioux Falls so, basically, tough luck. Last year I was on the phone daily trying to sort things out and nobody knows anything. If I knew this would happen I never would have put my mother here. Another month. Tried to get an itemized list of payments and received one with figures redacted. Yes, a big bold black line through the figures. More calls . Don’t ask Marty for help. He has nothing to do with it.
