The admin, nursing team, social worker and activities director all collaborate well to ensure the residents are taken care of both physically, and in ways that improve their quality of life! I also appreciate the level of communication that exists at Las Brisas- great facility and great team!

I came in to Las Brisas from a long hospital illness. Very weak and my spirit broken. In 2.5 weeks, my spirits have been lifted and I have been having excellent physical therapy. The nurses and aides have been so kind and professional. I owe them a gratitude of thanks. The activity director has encouraged me to be active in all activities and she has been so much fun. She does a fabulous job. My thanks go out to the rehab director for all his expertise and attention. My thanks go out to all staff in the physical therapy department. The social worker has come to my rescue several times and I thank her very much. Overall, I would highly recommend Las Brisas.

Joshua is probably the best director of nursing I have ever met . Would send all you dialysis patients here. Alizae social worker is also the best of the best. Can’t get a better facility than this.
The activities director and team are awesome! My father has opened up tremendously along his memory care journey. Over the past year I’ve seen him become more mobile and engaging with his neighbors. That was our families biggest fear that being in a nursing home our Dad would be lonely and depressed. It’s been just the opposite and his activity time is a big part.
