The facility is as beautiful and clean from the outside as it is from the inside. From the moment you open the door, you are greeted with a smile by the receptionist who is so professional, caring, friendly and empathetic. We were so impressed by the hospitality of everyone we encountered with and who took care of our mother during her stay. Ramon M, administrator at Las Alturas, introduced himself to our mother and family and made sure our mother’s stay was comfortable. His extraordinary leadership shows through his staff as nurses, therapists, CNAs, cafeteria/kitchen staff, maintenance and housekeeping were so friendly, empathetic and always available. It was a difficult situation as it was unexpected for our mother to be admitted to a skilled nursing facility but the staff made it so welcoming that we had no doubt we had made the best decision by choosing Las Alturas. Mom made tremendous progress and enjoyed her therapies very much. Thank you Las Alturas staff for doing such an extraordinary job and making our mother’s stay so special.

Able to meet my expectations and more when it came to my grandmother's health care. Greatful to be part of a very clean and caring home where my grandma is comfortable and is not complaining. The staff at Las Alturas are absolutely wonderful! From the nurses to the aides, everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They truly treat the residents with dignity and compassion, always taking the time to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Whenever I visit, I’m greeted with smiles and warmth. They are always willing to answer questions and keep families informed. Their kindness makes all the difference and creates such a positive atmosphere for the residents. I’m so grateful for the care they provide!
This place is amazing. I can only say great things about all the staff members. It’s very well kept very clean. I’m so happy we were able to move my grandmother here.
I just want to say that Nurse Sabrina’s compassion for our family member that’s here has been amazing. The care she provides is above and beyond and has been an angel. Melinda the housekeeper takes initiative in assisting us with our needs. We want to thank them for taking care of us. Many thanks for being here for us in our time of need.
