It's a real shame, that people have to live in such squaler, and have to pay rent. Where's the management and landlord. Enjoying LIFE $$$$$!!!..
People break the rules by smoking in there apartment and nobody does anything about it but they will evicted someone who is handicap
It was a nice place for the elderly but now it's just low income and very noisy
