She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me deal with some very complex situations for my family and I don't know what I'd do without her help. Upon arriving to live here, the red carpet was rolled out for my mother in law and all the employees were very welcoming. It meant a lot to her!
Hello. I would just like to say that my tour with LeAnn the executive director was horrible. She has such a bad attitude and I have a feeling she is this way with her staff as well. Needs to be investigated.
my mother was a resident of Landon Ridge independent living and we recently needed to move her to the assisted living facility of Landon Ridge. The staff of both facilities are amazing. My mother has loved her time there and now she is absolutely loving her time at the Assisted-living. She talks about how wonderful the staff is daily and she also comments to me how wonderful the food is.
Horrible, don’t walk run! It’s a third world experience! The carpets are filthy the fire suppression doors are disabled. The fire alarm control boxes are left unlocked. The food service is horrible and mismanagement is obvious. If my mom lived here I would move her out immediately. The culinary director has been gone for months. Well that’s part of it enough for now but it’s obvious the owners are having problems but don’t ask on-site management they won’t tell the truth!
