After booking this hotel on Booking.com a few weeks ago for a trip from the UK to Germany for the Euros, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were scheduled to check in yesterday, but upon arrival, we faced an unbelievable situation. Despite having a confirmed reservation for four people, the two women at the hotel (the bar lady and the manager, I believe) refused us entry. Initially, they claimed they hadn't received our booking from Booking.com. Then they changed their story, stating that the reservation was only for two people. We showed them our email confirmation, which clearly stated four guests, including breakfast. They reluctantly accepted this after seeing the email. However, things took a turn for the worse when they tried to charge us double the amount and insisted we wouldn't be getting breakfast, despite it being included in our booking confirmation. When we showed them the confirmation again, the manager rudely pushed my phone away and refused to speak English, continuously shouting "no, no" at us. Their behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They were yelling at us in German, and their treatment was especially appalling considering we had a disabled guest with us. We left the hotel within 20 minutes of this heated argument, feeling completely disrespected and mistreated. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. The staff's attitude was unacceptable, and their refusal to honor our confirmed reservation and provide basic courtesy was outrageous. Definitely do not recommend!
