Melanie is great. As part of the Florida Blue Medicare team. We participate with the Fresh Veggies events across the State. Melanie is always very diligent and willing to assist our team with the events logistics and assisting the residents with the Veggies and Fruits events. We love her and love working with her.. Great Job!!!
This place is a Fantastic place to live and retire in . Management Bonnie and Pamma do their best to keep this park in tip top shape and running smoothly, our staff here like Jessica is always going out of their way to help you out and keep you happy. The maintenance crew , run by Austin , does a great job at keeping the place clean and manicured . Our Activities Director Melanie goes all out, best parties and events ever . She is not afraid to try something out of the ordinary or come up with new and interesting ideas to keep us entertained. Over all this place has something for everyone. You can actually Live the Lifestyle you only thought you could Dream about .
Overall I think the property management is doing a fine job, with the up keep of the complex & the amenities that are offered. I am in favor of requiring homeowners to maintain their properties . I do however have one complaint we have lived for her for 1 year & were told 1 year ago that the vacant & abandoned property @ 27 N Westwind Ct would be removed by the end of 2024. A year later it remains, not only is it an eyesore it is a health hazard. We have witnessed animals & rodents crawling in the open space in the foundation. The inside kitchen area has old food & trash all over the floor to only attract more rodents. We strongly believe that it is unfair of Cal Am to cite homeowners for any violations when you allow the violations for properties that are abandoned & they have taken possession of. Aside from being an eyesore it is devaluating our property & the property of our neighbors.
Just wanted to thank the park for hiring the tree service to trim the many beautiful palms that we have here at lamplighter Village. They did a great job and cleaned up my yard and back patio.
