I went to visit a family member at Lake West Assisted Living and she was telling me how good the food is. And the food looked very good and the Manger Mrs Judy is very nice and I like the way she spend time with the residents. And also have a monthly meeting with them talking about the menu Mrs Judy is the sweetest person you could have ever met.
We have one of the BEST maintenance man ever!!! He helps with a lot of things not just his own job. You will see him going to help one person and then to the next. When residents have a request he is very timely in getting it done. I couldn't ask for a better maintenance man.... Billy your amazing keep up the good work there💯🥰
This is an amazing facility! The staff is always friendly! Mr. Jones is always eager to assist even in times that his job doesn't require him to. You can tell that everyone here is passionate in the work that they do. Thank you! 🥹🩷
Visited this facility as an option for my mom and was met with great customer service, a positive attitude, and answers to my questions. The great customer service of the HR manager on the phone prompted my visit and made me feel at ease for my upcoming decision. Although we are still finalizing our decision this facility is at the top of our list.
