My dad was there for about 1 month. The food looked nasty. The floors was always sticky and filty. Went on several occasions and the toilet always had urine and poop. Never flushed or sanitized. I had my dad removed from there. I wouldn't even bring my dog there.

I think you can see what kind of place this is just from the rest of the reviews. My mother would visit my grandfather every week in this home. He never got the attentive care that was requested. The neglect that every one speaks of is true. My mother went to visit my grandfather today. Signed in to go to his room to find it empty. Only then was she informed that he had passed away 5 hours earlier. They couldn’t even take the time to get ahold of her to inform her that something like that happened. No compassion. The home is strictly a business. They do not care about you or your loved ones. Only their pockets which you are filling with tons of your hard earned money and for what?? You hear about this stuff in movies and shows. This is real life folks. Please find another home.
This place is horrible and I do not recommend leaving your dog at this place much less a loved one. I put my mother in there and within the first two days they let her fall out of the bed twice after being told that she was a fall-risk that she needed rails on her bed. They ignored me and she fell out of the bed twice. Then I stopped by one morning they have her sitting up in a wheelchair and they do not have her strapped where she cannot fall out I tell them that she needs to be strapped in because she is a fall risk they again ignore me and then I get a call that day saying that she's falling out of the wheelchair and so they take her to the emergency room. It was at that point I moved her to another facility. In the short time that she was there I observed several things. The lady that was in the room with her was left unattended and not able to reach the call button for over an hour until I went and found someone. The place smelled of urine every time I went there. I wrote a letter to management which was totally ignored. What breaks my heart is the people that are there that do not have the loved ones that checks on their well-being and they are not being treated right being neglected and from the smell of the place allowed to lay there in their urine and not being cared for properly. If I would have just read about the reviews at the time I would have never put her in there in the first place. I see there's some good reviews on here I believe that's probably coming from the staff.
My sister was a resident there for 3 years until she returned there from the hospital on hospice. The staff there took good care of us as well as good care of her. They loved her and truly cared for her. She had made many friends there. My only complaint was that the staff doctor came in and interfered with the hospice care orders. Otherwise, the staff showed us and her the utmost respect in my sister's last hours.
Everyone there was wonderful to my 90 year old mother who had fallen and broken her hip. She did rehabilitation for 3 months and recovered. The doctors nurses and therapists were excellent. Her wound care nurse was extraordinarily capable.
