Horrible place! My sister was mistreated and left wet for hours! Short staffed, 1 caregiver for 22 patients. Administration or Managers never available, ALWAYS in meetings. I got the state involved! This place need NEW administrator all the way down to staff. Staff always said “I’m a contract staff” still no excuse for the inhumane care that takes place.

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care my family member received at Lake Pointe Senior Care& Rehab. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure the residents' comfort and well-being. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a range of activities to keep residents engaged and active. The nursing team is highly skilled, and I always felt confident that my loved one was in great hands. Communication with the administration was always clear, and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for top-tier care.

My mother needed rehab for a knee replacement, I met with admission team and they were very nice, they explained everything about the rehab part that my mother will partake in. I felt very comfortable, the rooms were specious and staff were very nice. They went over and beyond to accommodate us. Thanks LakePointe. .
I recently had the pleasure of visiting lakepointe senior care and highly recommend this place for your loved ones. The facility is clean and very well kept, the rooms are spacious, the staff are very polite and helpful. I also had the pleasure of visiting the dining hall, they have good food options for the residents.
