Beautiful building. Most pleasant people work there
This isn't a review of the building itself, but rather a staff member. I deliver food for a local chain, and one of the residents ordered food. When I got to the front door there are instructions that tell you how to buzz the person's room, and after they allow access the door will open automatically. After buzzing the person twice, and having them not answer (this is not the resident's fault) there is a number to buzz for resident assistance. I buzz the number and a lady comes over "HELLO???!?!?!!?" Me: "Hello, somebody in room x ordered food, and I can't seem to reach them using the posted instructions or keypad." Resident Assistant: "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU! DO YOU HAVE THEIR PHONE NUMBER" Me: "Yes ma'am I do, however I was trying to follow the posted instructions to reach a resident." Resident Assistant: "THAT'S THE ONLY WAY BYE." .....and hangs up.
Very nice facility, my mother was the first person to move in about 7 years ago. Well designed, clean and well maintained.
It's a great place to live. Clean building, friendly residents, easy access to all amenities.
It's a beautiful and clean building with lots of nice residents of the older set.
