My parents have made this their new home and we could not be more pleased. Drew Baskett was so helpful preparing us for the move and answering any questions we had. Wendy, and the care team have been wonderful assisting my mom with her care and administering medications. The front desk always has a friendly face, whether it’s Debbie, Chloe or Rylee. Everyone helps one another and is so friendly. The chef, Shawn, make’s delicious meals. It is clean and pleasant and Becky always has an activity planned. She tries to include everyone in the fun. Thank you, Lake Wylie Assisted Living for making this transition much easier than I ever imagined.

Very rude representative on the phone when I returned a missed call I'd received from this facility. I was asked why I was calling there when I had already said I was returning a missed call.
