This facility is poorly managed. I sensed discrimination against some of the African American staff in this facility. I DO NOT recommend anyone, ESPECIALLY from the African American community to trust this facility. It’s been going on for years. They need to re-brand this place and get some type of structure put into play. It’s ashamed this type of behavior is being done in this type of environment. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Their environmental services supervisor shows lack of empathy and shows discrimination against pregnant women they fired a young lady because she had to get off early to go to her wellness appointment no warning or anything they called her while she was at her appointment and said she was being terminated because she was late which she has never been late. She has been under so much stress from him that now she’s at risk. I hope this never happens to his daughter but this is supposedly a Christian place what God do they serve? So if you’re pregnant or planning a family don’t work here especially in environmental services
Do not send your family or friends to this facility, this place is trash! & if you’re African American don’t go there or send your family there this place is full of racism! I don’t recommend
This facility was so amazing to my Grandma. They all treated her like family and even called her Grandma, just as she wanted to be called. She was always very clean and taken care of. As my Grandma was approaching her last days, the staff mourned with my family, you could see they loved her too. When some of my family stayed for long visits with Grandma, they provided food and coffee to my family. The staff were so quick to respond to any request we may have had. I am over the top satisfied with the services they offered to my Grandma and my family. Living far away and knowing that she was in the best care was such a relief. Thank you to the entire staff for so much care and love to my Grandma, Merle Groves. I highly recommend this facility.
Total confidence. The cafeteria is outstanding!
