My Grandma used to be here about 2 years ago(she passed away a year ago) and It was a good experiance for her and especially the fact that she got to meet new friends there and enjoy life.The cooks were friendly as well and Ricky who was the chef was always nice in serving her and was a nice guy to chat with as well and I saw him even at Legoland when I used to work there a few weeks ago and he seems like he is always happy to see everyone and provide good service to the residents as well.The other cargegivers which were Vivi, Monica and Cue were also really nice and also provided good service in taking care on my Grandma and responding to calls when she needed help anytime.Ive known Vivi for a while since she went to my high school and she seemed to enjoy working in the medical field and helping people as well followed by eventually going to a trade school for futher education. She was definately my favorite coworker to see there each time that I was visiting my Grandma and absoultely loves dogs as well and would show affection for our dog, Bella any time we brought her to visit Grandma. Btw, Can you ask Vivi what her phone number is? I really miss seeing her and talking to her and would enjoy talking to her especially since I haven't seen her or talked to her in a while. Overall, the staff took care of her very well and helped her out when there were any difficulties along the way. Thanks for all the hard work that the staff provided for my Grandma!

My mom lived at Laguna Estates for 1-1/2 years, from the ages of 100 to nearly 102. The people at Laguna Estates are genuinely caring. They are also very professional and gave my mom excellent care. I will be forever grateful that we found Laguna Estates for her to live at in her final years. She had a group of good friends and a nice apartment. She went to the exercise classes, and was one of the best in the class. She participated in many of the other activities there, and we often ate together in the beautiful dining room. She passed away on Sept. 21, 2024. Thank you, Laguna Estates! You made her final years exciting, fun and safe for her. For anyone looking for a caring, professional assisted living community, I highly recommend Laguna Estates.
To be fair our loved one unfortunately did not get the chance to experience living here so my review is strictly about management and intake staff. This facility has shown my family such kindness, patience, determination, & professionalism during a three month ordeal trying to get our family member to them. Laguna Estates have proven to be honest and compassionate. So much so, that their actions actually shocked and blew us away in the greatest of ways. It's not all about the money here! We are so in love with this facility, that we intend to hand out cards and tell anyone who may need a safe place for their family member.
I am very happy to be a resident at Laguna Estates,. That staff is very friendly and competent. I have enjoyed meeting a variety of new friends. The facility is very casual. Activities are abundant – exercise classes, swimming, putting, no cost blackjack and poker, and more to keep busy. The food is provided in a non-assigned seating, large restaurant setting – very tasty and again very casual. Food is available all day and into the night. I toured several other assisted living facilities before choosing Laguna Estates--I made the right decision.
It's impossible to overstate how wonderful the care is at Laguna Estates. After touring several senior living facilities in the area (eight), I chose Laguna Estates for my 90 year old father. Placing your loved one in a senior living facility is a difficult decision and a bit of a leap of faith. However, the staff at Laguna Estates is what makes this facility so special. The level of care and compassion is unsurpassed. The strong leadership imposed by the Director, Wes Lavender, influences the overall experience. The attention to detail is incredible and leaves the family with the peace of mind that their loved one is well cared for at all times. I am extremely grateful to Laguna Estates and all of the staff for the care my father receives.
