My grandfather has been cared for at Villa Kursana for six months. Kursana deserves the name villa because of the tasteful furnishings. Despite the hard work, the nursing staff are friendly and concerned about the residents. The new chef tries hard to serve tasty, varied food. The physical and mental fitness program leaves nothing to be desired. Finally, the director, Ms. Rotenbäcker, must be mentioned, who always has an open ear for all concerns.

The ambience, the apartments, the location are great (☆☆☆☆☆). There is a pleasant atmosphere, the care is usually loving, very hard-working and friendly. The food is balanced and good. Unfortunately, there is a lack of nursing care. For 4 months I have asked my mother to shower twice a week in countless personal conversations, several emails and a shower schedule in the room, unfortunately the implementation has not worked at all. Even on her special birthday, I found my mother completely unkempt. I don't give this a star because personal hygiene and the care associated with it are absolutely neglected.
My grandmother was in short-term care until a week ago, and I have to say a lot of praise at this point. The food is good, the management is friendly, and the nurses, as I have met them, are all nice and competent. There is always someone nearby and there are usually enough childcare options. A good feeling of security is conveyed. Keep doing your job as before, you are all doing it very well!
My mother has been living at Villa Kursana for about a year, and we are very happy with it. You are always greeted very warmly and kindly, and they always take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The management and nursing staff are very polite and very competent. The villa is a very beautiful house. My mother settled in very quickly and would recommend the house.
