We really like it there and my father (which is the main thing) feels in good hands there. We looked for something suitable for a long time and were hesitating between two houses. The friendly management ultimately convinced us and we haven't regretted it since. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, the house makes an extremely good impression and my father has been doing well for several months. You can't want more.
When my husband became seriously ill, I placed him at Kursana for short-term care based on a recommendation. I was and am absolutely thrilled. Everyone was courteous, everyone gave their all and even if something didn't work out, there was always an open ear and it was taken care of immediately. My biggest thanks for everything!
I went there on a recommendation after breaking my elbow and it was just great. I was looked after lovingly and everyone was nice and friendly. I'm totally thrilled. Here I had the feeling; it is worked hand in hand. When someone was absent, the management even brought food to my room. I'd love to come back!
I can actually only report positive things. My mother was in short-term care here for 7 weeks and was absolutely thrilled with how much effort the staff and carers put in. There is a lot on offer for the older people, from chats, singing lectures, walks together, etc. Due to her chronic intestinal disease, she was always allowed to consult with the cook about what to eat and was even given adapted food. This is really not a given. I cannot judge what the care is like for full-time nursing patients with high levels of care. At least my mother was very sad when the time was over.
