Unser Vater ist seit kurzer Zeit Bewohner im Kursana Domizil. Zu Beginn gab es große Startschwierigkeiten, da mein Vater medikamentös nicht richtig eingestellt war. Er ist Alzheimer-Patient. Wir waren sehr auf die Erfahrung und Unterstützung der Leitung und des Fachpersonals angewiesen. Mit ihrer Hilfe haben wir es geschafft, dass er dort "angekommen" ist. Es wurde wirklich viel unternommen und möglich gemacht, dass die Eingewöhnung reibungsloser funktionieren kann. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar ! Wir fühlen uns zu jeder Zeit gut informiert. Ich habe festgestellt, dass die Kommunikation zwischen dem Fachpersonal im Wohnbereich und der Heimleitung sehr gut funktioniert. Sprich, alle Mitarbeiter sind i.d.R. auf dem aktuellen Wissensstand bei Angelegenheiten des Bewohners, Änderungen bspw. Medikamentenplans werden zügig umgesetzt. Wir haben sehr gute Gespräche geführt und fühlen uns als Kinder auch ein Stück weit mit begleitet und unterstützt in der schweren Zeit des Loslassens. Denn wer bringt schon gerne ein Elternteil ins Pflegeheim... Ich habe ein gutes Gefühl und Vertrauen in die Mitarbeiter und hoffe sehr, dass es so weiter läuft. My father is a new resident of the Kursana domicile in Bruchköbel. He is only 66 years old but has been suffering from dementia for several years, which has progressed very quickly. For the last 2 years it has been difficult for us children to watch him deteriorate. After Kursana showed us the house and informed us what the care concept looks like, we felt welcomed right from the start. Fast and good flow of information and always available. Everyone is very warm, friendly and, above all, committed. A big thank you also goes to the management for what was made possible here and how much support we received from them. It was very difficult to bring my father into the home. He has a strong tendency to run away and a great desire for freedom. Therefore, the first 2 days were horror for him on site in a closed area. We considered together every day how we could move forward. It took some getting used to. Stopping the medication first and starting the new medication at home in a familiar environment worked wonders. After 2 weeks we tried again and he accepted it. We have a good feeling that he is here now. We are very satisfied so far and feel supported. Big thanks to everyone.
As a family doctor who regularly works with this care facility and looks after several patients there, I would like to give a positive review. The facility's employees, from the home management and nursing service management to the administrative staff and nursing staff, are characterized by a high level of professional competence. I have found that all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and caring when dealing with the residents. Collaboration with the care facility is always pleasant and professional. Communication is open and transparent, which contributes to a high level of trust. The focus on individual patient care is clearly noticeable in this facility, and I can only praise the quality of care. The committed and competent staff creates a positive environment for both patients and professional partners.
I/We have been a supplier in the elderly and care sector in Germany and Luxembourg for over thirty years. Rarely do we have such a family-like, qualified and friendly facility! HL, PDL, SKD and the administration, everything just fits. The residents are relaxed and obviously feel very comfortable! Thank you for allowing us to visit you twice a year!
My grandpa moved into the Helena house in August 2021, but I should actually start before then. We wanted to take a look at the house, which went smoothly and we got the impression that they were very well looked after there. The move in went smoothly and we as relatives were also welcomed more than warmly. My grandfather had almost 3 good years there, in the Helena house, until he unfortunately passed away at the beginning of May. During the whole time he also said (and it wasn't exactly easy :-) ) that he felt comfortable and was well looked after. Whenever we raised something, and here I'm talking about small things, we were helped immediately and always in a nice and friendly manner. It was nice to see that my grandfather was doing so well and that he was able to spend his last years with dignity and excellent care. He said it himself again and again and we were able to convince ourselves of it again and again. Here, seniors are treated with dignity and respect. And I, too, despite all the low blows that have overwhelmed me since last year, was picked up, supported and supported by the employees, whether it was the nursing staff, administration or management, I was also perceived as a human being. There was always time for my concerns and questions, a shoulder to cry on and a helping hand. For my grandpa's 97th birthday, we were given a beautifully set table, a quiet room where we could celebrate the day properly. On the day of my mother's funeral, we were able to retreat as a family to our own room. This domicile not only takes excellent care of the residents, but also their relatives. I can't say thank you as often as I should. Every single department, nursing staff, kitchen, cleaning, administration, nursing management, management, has my greatest respect and I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. I can fully recommend the Kursana Domizil bruchköbel Haus Helena and deserves far more than 5 stars Thank you for everything !!!!!!!!!!!!
