So, we worked with Kursana and frequently stayed at Haus St. Sebastian, and we were always surrounded by a great atmosphere from both the staff and the residents. The smell was relatively neutral and not as clinical as one might expect from other retirement homes. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and all very tidy. There's a great sense of camaraderie – based on my experience, I can only recommend Kursana highly! :-)

Like everywhere else, things don't run smoothly here from time to time. But the managers are always open to discussion and interested in finding a solution for everyone. It's very friendly, and the employees I've met so far are nice.
I have seen a number of care facilities for older people over the course of my life. What struck me immediately as a positive thing was the friendliness of everyone at the facility. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case in many facilities. I also found the way the staff interacted with each other and with the residents to be very pleasant. The rooms are very attractive and modernly furnished. Leisure and activities are first class. The facility had a bicycle/e-rickshaw for 3 months, my mother still raves about how she bought an ice cream at the ice cream parlor during a trip with the rickshaw in Hofheim. My wish would be that many houses would take this house as an example. Dear staff and management of the Kursana Domizil in Kriftel, keep it up.
Very good nursing home with a family atmosphere! You will always find someone to contact and you will always receive friendly help. What’s also really worth highlighting is the diverse range of offerings available to residents! There is a lot on offer, from cultural enrichment through musical performances to social entertainment such as cake baking. The high frequency of such events is particularly remarkable compared to other nursing homes.
Beautiful nursing home! The staff puts a lot of effort into creating a varied program for the residents (music performances, carnival events, etc.), and the nursing staff takes loving care of the residents. The reception is also wonderful—really warm and friendly!
