After becoming very seriously ill, my wife was in short-term care in St. Ingbert. The first very good impression was confirmed throughout the entire duration of my wife's stay. Despite the heavy workload, the staff took very touching care of her. The nursing staff were always friendly and arrived when needed without any significant delay. My special thanks go to Sister Sabine. I got to know the KRS senior citizens' residence as a care facility where patients know they are in the best possible care. Many thanks to the entire team including the house management.

Beautiful new building, close to nature next to the Elstersteinpark. Competent and helpful staff who are available at any time. My parents were able to see this for themselves, as they were in good care there for 5 years.
We had our dependent there in short-term care after she broke her femoral neck. She was housed in the basement; the room and furnishings were fine. Since the woman was suffering from dementia and there was a risk she would get up, we wanted the railing on the bed raised, which we were forbidden to do because of false imprisonment! So we found the woman on the floor, and the management didn't agree to this either! Food was brought to her: schnitzel with something for a woman who has no teeth and dementia. Only in our presence did they try to feed and care for her, which doesn't happen in our absence. When she was discharged from the hospital, she was lucid; after a week in this facility, she was barely responsive. We removed her and organized a nursing service, which helped her recover somewhat. Ultimately, she passed away, which I blame on this facility. People, if you want to get rid of your loved ones quickly, you've come to the right place. If you love them, don't go to this facility! Plus, there's feces on the chairs/armchairs. Staff walk past them. They probably don't have time since there aren't enough of them anyway. Perhaps the provider should do away with company cars and bonuses and focus on the people and staff.
My mother has been for four years accommodated there and is very well looked after.
I was very satisfied with the overall care, support and accommodation for my parent, hence 5 stars!!!
