"I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Koala Living. On February 3rd, I received a TV stand that was supposed to be in stock, but it arrived with two missing legs that didn't even have designated spaces on the stand. After emailing the company, they agreed to pick up the stand, but it took two weeks of constant follow-up and stress. They finally collected the stand, promising a refund within 7-10 days. However, I still haven't received my refund as of March 5th. This was my first purchase from Koala Living, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Buyer beware!"
Had a great experience at Koala Living Essendon. Maria was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. She really took the time to understand what I needed and gave great design advice. Beautiful store with unique, high-quality pieces. Highly recommend!
REPLY TO THE RESPONSE TO THE SPRINGVALE REVIEW: Don’t lie to me – and stop lying to yourselves. How can you possibly claim you refunded my money to a bank card that was already deactivated two weeks before your so-called “payment date”? I have official confirmation from my bank that the card you supposedly used did not even exist at that time. Yet you continue to spin lies and avoid taking responsibility. When I asked for a bank receipt of the refund, you didn’t send one – instead, you sent me a computer-generated invoice, which is completely meaningless. I showed it to my bank, and they literally laughed – they told me, “We’ve never seen anything like this before.” You’ve proven yourselves to be liars, frauds, and utterly untrustworthy. You took the damaged sofa back but kept my money. You faked a refund, ignored the facts, and now you’re hiding behind bogus paperwork. Koala Living should be ashamed. You’re not running a furniture business – you’re running a scam. I will be taking this further through Consumer Affairs and VCAT, and I strongly urge anyone reading this: stay far away. You’re better off burning your money than spending it here.
