As a senior living advisor, I am always looking for great communities that I trust to recommend to my clients. I cannot speak more highly of the team at Kirkwood Orange. I have visited the community several times and am always impressed with the care and attention given to the residents, and how engaged they are with the activities and community life. I recently placed a client here, and Desiree (Sales Director) and Megan (Executive Director) were incredibly helpful as we navigated some challenges that my client was facing. Their dedication, compassion and willingness to go above and beyond really impressed me and helped me know that they will take great care of my client. I'm a fan!
I have had the pleasure of working with Alexis Islas the Business Office Manager for many years, she has gone above and beyond call of her duties in senior living, from housekeeping, serving in dining, caregiving, passing meds in the most difficult times of need, along with reminders for co-workers to eat for energy, Alexis truly has a compassionate heart! I have also had the opportunity to tour at Kirkwood Orange and see such a beautiful community. MBK senior living is very lucky to have Alexis on their team!
I have been to a few other assisted living facilities and nothing tops Kirkwood Orange. Not only is it a beautiful building, but it is so well maintained and clean. I know these residents are well taken care. Even their staff was amazing and helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis at the front and her energy is radiant. She assisted me and helped answer all my questions. I have no doubt that they are doing wonderful work with the way they treat residents just by the way they treated me, a guest. Please consider taking the time to visiting Kirkwood Orange, I promise you that you won’t regret it.
WORST place to bring your family members!! Blood stain been on carpet over months, roaches, and poop stains on sofas! Not to mention the lawsuits they have!! unprofessional management, caregivers always on phones, poor care for the residents on memory side, forced to sit or color only!! Shampoo along with other pampering stuff kept all pilled up!! Not to mention always new faces every month, this place can never keep their workers.
