I had a previous rehabilitation here and returned a second time as the first stay was a positive experience. Staff was patient kind considerate and had a genuine concern for my needs through recovery. I feel much safer returning home and while I hope not to need another stay I would return again if needed. I gave a short list of minor things they can improve upon but my overwhelming impression was that staff members had a vested interest in my care often acting as if I was their only patient. If you or a loved one needs skilled nursing I highly recommend Kingswood Health Center. The therapists also went above and beyond making the exercises a fun challenge which was so helpful.

Kingswood is a newly remodeled beautiful community. It has a wonderful sense of community and the caregivers and staff are amazing! You can truly tell what a wonderful place this is by the smiles on the residents faces.
I received rehab care from Kingswood Manor. They were excellent and very professional. I really felt comfortable and cared for by the staff and other residents. If you are needing rehab services then please consider Kingswood.
My 1st stay Mar 7, 2024 - March 28 Was so excellent that there was no question of where I wanted to do my next stint in rehab. I highly recommend Kingswood for it's friendly and helpful staff and high quality food. Both the PT and OT staffs work hard to be sure you reach your physical goals.
My wife & I moved to Kingswood just over 5 years ago into independent living in a villa, which is one of their living options. However, we chose it because it offers life care at every stage. Independent, as well as assisted, memory care and health care. This will be our place until we die, with no more late-in-life moves. What has impressed us most, is the quality of life and relationships we have experienced while living here. In our experience, the staff really cares in all areas of management and service to the residents. The daily offering of food choices is superb. We highly recommend this caring community to others.
