After a life altering surgery in 2017, my father moved into the Kingston Residence in Sylvania. From the start it was clean, modern, and staffed by remarkably caring and attentive professionals. In March 2024, he was moved briefly to the Memory Care unit. I cannot express my gratitude for the thoughtfulness displayed by the entire staff. Residing out of town, managing my father's living arrangement was sometimes difficult. But the nursing staff, director, and all the various functionaries made this move as simple and worry free as possible. When he passed away just a few days later, they were there for me. I was touched by the messages of love from so many staff members and residents. Dad had a wonderful life at Kingston and particularly enjoyed the weekly musical performances. They were a highlight of his week. There are so many activities each day if one chooses to partake. Above all, it is clean, fresh, and a beautiful place to live. I would not hesitate to live there myself one day and believe it to be the best assisted living facility in the Toledo area.

My Dad has been at Kingston since June and has thrived there. He normally keeps to himself and doesn't usually enjoy social activities. He has been participating in craft activities, going to the dining room to eat instead of in his room, and actually made me leave when I was visiting because he was missing the movie The staff is great and genuinely care. And they keep me informed of what is happening with him and his care.
My parents resided at Kingston Residence of Sylvania for approximately eight months in 2022, through some rather challenging health times for them personally, as well as COVID. The team at Kingston was fantastic and attentive to my parents needs and family needs. They amount of love, care, and kindness they showed my parents, our family, and friends, was incredible and heart-warming. My parents spent the majority of that time in the Memory Care unit, but also utilized the rehabilitation side as well. Kassa and the Memory Care team were outstanding and instrumental in keeping my parents together during a difficult and challenging time. They kept us informed of on-going updates and care needs and were always accommodating of our various requests. I would highly recommend Kingston Residence and their team for the rehabilitation unit, memory care unit. etc. A true loving and caring team that provided incredible care for our family. My husband has been here for approximately 3 weeks. He always tells me how everyone is so nice. I visit at least every other day and I totally agree with him. When I walk into visit, I feel like family.
absolutely adore Kingston! It's just such a fantastic place, incredibly pristine and welcoming. And let me tell you, Toni is an absolute gem! Her work ethic and positive vibes are unparalleled. Kingston is truly a delight, and Toni's exceptional dedication and vibrant energy make it even more special!
