There really are angels that work here. My mother n law just recently passed, but was a resident of Kingston the past almost 4 years. The outpouring of love from this facility is beyond anything we could ever ask for during her last days. The nurses and staff here were her FAMILY. In the end, even more than her actual family. She was a double amputee and the physical therapy she received from this team was top notch. The facility is very clean. My mother was in a different facility prior to her passing 5 years ago and I wish she had been in a place like this. My husband and I would highly recommend Kingston of Miamisburg for your loved one.

10/21/2023 My mom (seen in the photo) was just released today from this facility. This had been the 3rd time she had been to a rehab facility. The 1st two times were at Legacy in Centerville & it was obvious she wasn't getting the physical therapy needed to get her back in motion. THAT place was focusing on the wrong things. Kingston did right by my mom, they had her really working on climbing stairs. My mom had replacement knee surgery in July and had been struggling ever since. Today at home she was able to tackle those steps!! That was because of the physical therapist at Kingston working with her. When I visited her; there were plenty of employees around! The place was bright and clean. It didn't look dreary at all nor did it have any weird smells.
My sister recently passed away. She spent her last year and a half at Kingston of Miamisburg in long term care. The nurses and other staff took great care of her. I made a point to stop in unannounced at different times. She was not the easiest patient to deal with but she made friends with various staff members. She was always clean, dressed & in good spirits when I visited. The facility was always well maintained. The staff always kept me informed of any issues such as falls or trips to the ER related to her medical issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing either rehab or long term care.
Kingston was not by any means angels to my grandmother who was just recently at their facility they would take her buzzer out of her hand and tell her to stop ringing it because it's annoying and throw it across the floor they told her that if that she did not take her medication that she would be in serious trouble so if anybody is considering taking your parents to this place you might want to reconsider they overdosed my grandmother this place was by far the worst place I've ever seen thankfully she is now home and I am taking care of her something that is definitely a relief because I know she is safe and not having to deal with that anymore she is seriously gone through a lot and has a lot of emotional distress because of what they did to her there.
My Father had surgery on his foot and unfortunately will chose to put him in this place. He is now back in the hospital after the extremely poor care he received here.His foot was so infected when I got him to the hospital that they had to do another surgery on it. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS FACILITY!!!
