My sister is here, I have no complaints whatsoever. Her care is exactly what it needs to be. I would recommend anyone to have there family member here.
My great grandma was admitted to this place for rehab after having hip surgery.. the staff has been nothing but rude to her. they left her to lay in dirty diapers and when they did change them, they were very aggressive with her. they give her pills without telling her what they are. we asked to get her something for her diarrhea and it took them 3 DAYS to get it to her. we had to get her transported back to the hospital due to issues this place caused!! she was severely dehydrated, low blood pressure, and hallucinating due to a UTI.. thank god we got her out of there when she did or they would’ve left her to die! DO NOT take your loved ones here!! id never ever recommend this place to anyone. if i could i would give them 0 stars!
This place is horrible! When my mom was admitted no one could meet with my step dad claiming they were either too busy or in meetings. This alone is no way to treat a new admit. We decided to have her transferred some place closer to home. Social worker was extremely rude to the admissions person at new facility. The day she was to be moved, they ordered a wheelchair van when she needed an ambulance. On top of that when the new admissions person called the RN supervisor she again was treated very poorly. If they treat the average person this way how do they treat the vulnerable population they serve? I would give 0 stars if possible!
My papa gets great care and everyone has been friendly & helpfull if something happens it's taken care of as so as possible.
