We moved our mom into the Canton, MI. facility last October and the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are large and bright, supported with a big kitchen and bathroom. The staff has been amazing, not only to our mom but very welcoming to our family and friends on all visits. The food and daily extracurricular activities have been wonderful that my mom raves about on all my visits. It's a great feeling to walk into this facility to see my mom either exercising, participating in games, enjoying the entertainment planned for that day, and having a big smile on her face. Kudos to the entire staff, we thank you all for your extra efforts and care!

After visiting my dear friend’s grandmother, I felt it was necessary to post this review. The facility stands out amongst others in cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. Not only was the staff welcoming and accommodating to us, but the residents notably enjoyed interaction with them. Morale was high and enthusiastic. I had the pleasure of speaking to Stephanie and Nick along the way , both bring humor and excellence to the facility! Smiles were abundant and laughter filled the air. I would definitely recommend this ‘home away from home’ to anyone!
We recently moved my mother, Kathy, into Kingsley Senior Living, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, Seta, the manager, has been incredibly supportive, kind, and attentive. Her warm and professional approach made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and reassuring. Seta took the time to answer all of our questions, checked in regularly, and truly made us feel like part of the Kingsley family. My mother has been there for just two weeks, and already we can see how comfortable and happy she is in her new home. The staff is welcoming, the environment is cheerful and clean, and there’s a genuine sense of community. We’re so grateful to have found Kingsley and especially thankful for Seta’s help every step of the way. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the residents and their families. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for Mom!
The people, lifestyle and facilities at Kingsley were terrific. I recommend them unreservedly for anyone who finds themself in need of someone to help care for a loved one. The building and my mother’s room in both and the main living area and memory care unit were perfect. Always clean and well-maintained. The common areas were tastefully decorated and comfortable. They have a full calendar of events and activities that is sure to have something for everyone’s taste. Arts and music. Trivia and bingo. But most importantly the people were amazing. No one there was anything but great. The director Nick worked from the first day to get everything my mom needed and helped our family navigate all that goes into a parent’s transition to assisted living. Nurse Stephanie really took the lead in ensuring mom’s medical needs were met. She made herself available at any time we needed her. Nights, weekends, even once when she was on vacation. Most importantly she always took time to listen and really understand ours and our mom’s needs. Q was the first person we really met on the staff and she immediately made our difficult situation so much better. Even when she was supervising the main facility, Q still took the time so spend time with mom and always took time to talk to me and my brother whenever we came. She made both her life and our experience better and truly has a gift for care and clearly loves her role in her people’s lives. Mom passed naturally and peacefully very recently and Kingsley and the people there were the best part of her last months. She was comfortable and happy and our family was helped so much through that difficult time, knowing that she was safe and well cared at all times Thank you Kingsley.
I can’t say enough about the staff at Kingsley, it is very refreshing to see such professionalism, team work, attentiveness to the residents is remarkable such a team effort to bring joy and contentment to the residents. Many activities are planned each day including the weekends. I never hear any complaints from staff about how they don’t want to be here. Kingsley is a family.
