OMG... This place is a God send. My mom was at a different place and the service (or lack there of) was unbelievable. From not getting her menu right for 10 days (after speaking with the dietitian after day 2), to my mom calling me in tears that she was left on the toilet for 45 minutes after hitting the emergency button. Thank God it wasn't a serious health issue. I found King Manor. I would like to say night and day or 1000% better, but that wouldn't be fair. Mostly because comparison to zero doesn't work. First, Dan Taitel (the administrator) and Pia Gutterman (the admissions administrator) are the most caring people, not only in business but they really do care. The staff... well Kristen Kelly the therapist really listens to my mom and what it she needs. The assistance and help my mom has been given was an eye opener. My mom has been in other places and she has NEVER had the help and guidance given her here. Walking, stairs, eating, holding utensils,and generally in every aspect of her life my mom has benefited from their attention. Ok, since I mentioned food... my mom suffers from long COVID loss of taste. But even the food gave her some pleasure.. The attention by her aides is also without compare. No waiting for an unbearable amount of time anytime. Hit that button and attention is given. I feel that I cannot fully provide a just review as the feelings I have about King Manor and it's wonderful staff cannot be put into the right words. I don't think that there are words that could do them justice. So, I will fall short by just saying terrific, wonderful, excellent, first class.... and any and every superlative that exists. King Manor has a tremendous staff that makes the rehabilitation process comfortable and achievable. After three weeks into our mother’s stay I would not hesitate to refer anyone there for care, the attention of the staff and their commitment to the residents comfort and dignity is genuine.

My father has been at King Manor for a little over a year now. I can say hands down that his care here is incredible! The staff is beyond caring. If you have a loved one that needs short or long term care, this is the home to choose 💛.
The best facility by far and my mom has been in several. The employees are very friendly and capable. Their physical therapy is truly superior. Don't go anywhere else
