You may have read my other reviews about Keystone Villa at Fleetwood, my father’s retirement home for the past six months. My family experienced yet again something new that makes Keystone Villa feel as though we were “home”. My grandson had his fourth birthday this month. I asked if we could use a private dining room for a birthday party. There is a private dining room only two doors down from my father’s apartment. Again the answer to my request was “yes” and it was reserved for me. My plan was to have pizza and birthday cake in the dining room and then go to my dad’s apartment to open presents. I decorated the dining room and the apartment. My little 4-year-old grandson was very happy when he saw the dining room with balloons floating across the ceiling and the table decorated for a birthday party. We had pizza and a birthday cake. We all sang “Happy Birthday” and he blew out his candles. We then went back to the apartment to open presents and there was room for the children to play. I am writing this because when my little grandchildren grow up, they will only remember Grandpa’s apartment at Keystone Villa as his home. We all feel “at home” when we are here. I still give Keystone Villa at Fleetwood five stars...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The facility is very nice, the staff is wonderful, and the rooms or rather apartments are very nice and clean. The food is good and the residents are very friendly and nice. My Mother lives there and she is really happy and also has a group of close nit friends..
Our mother was in another facility and transferred to the Personal Care section of Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. Within the first few days, she started to do physical mobility tasks that she had not done for weeks! The compassionate staff made her not only feel safe and welcome, but also have given her the confidence to improve on the ways she can do things for herself! The facility is beautiful, the apartment is spacious, and the menu has provided a wide range of delicious choices. Seeing our mother happy again has made the move to Keystone Villa at Fleetwood well worth it! Our whole family is looking forward to being part of this community.
Visiting keystone villa is always an amazing experience. I want to truly thank Craig Berry the director of maintenance for his hard work, leadership, positive energy putting others in a happy mood. He is phenomenal!! Thank you Craig.
We moved my father into Keystone back in October. The staff was great to him, the apartment was very nice. He enjoyed playing Bingo, movie nights and the art classes. Sadly, my father wasn't there long and passed away in the hospital due to health issues (nothing to do with Keystone). They were of great comfort to me while he was in the the rehab/ hospital they worked very hard with me to come up with a plan for his care upon his return. The staff cares very much for their residents.
