Both of my parents spent their final months at Keystone, the staff were compassionate and treated them both with dignity. I'm grateful for their efforts. The facility is clean, modern and in good condition; it's not inexpensive but compared to similar facilities the prices were better or at least comparable. If you are in a position where you need the kind of services that an assisted living facility can provide, I would recommend Keystone Villa.

My father (age 94) had a stay in the assisted living section. The care he had was fantastic from all of the staff. He had a lot of problems due to his illness, but they were always there to take care of his needs. None of them lost patience with him even during his bad times. Dad liked all of them and said I did good picking the Keystone Villa. The cafeteria manager also tried to accommodate him during times when eating was difficult for him due to his condition. I highly recommend Keystone Villa of Douglassville.
My Dad is at Keystone Villas and he is doing well. We had to move him and my mom because they needed some help. The staff is very helpful and kind. He enjoys the activities they do. Thank you for taking care of my dad.
My father resides at the independent living Villa in Douglassville. He enjoys the place very much from what he tells me. If he had one complaint it would be the consistent rate increases. (Welcome to the Biden World) Besides that they offer a lot of amenities. They cook, take care of the laundry, clean off your car in a snow storm and generally look out for the resident. This is very comforting to me and him. After looking at the reviews, it looks like the only bad reviews are from the employees. In all due respect, they should not be putting in reviews online. These reviews are for residents and their family, not angry employees. Just my opinion. All in all, I am happy my father is being taken care of and that he enjoys the living quarters. Thanks to everyone involved in the Douglassville Villa and it's operations.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My parents went into temporary respite care here and did not like it due the consistency of care and rules imposed on them. For instance, they were not allowed to leave the facility alone! Also they did not like the food or the quality of care. So they loaded the car and went to their home. They were reported to the Office of Aging which is a government agency. What I didn’t know is that this agency is empowered to remove people from their homes and place them where they see fit. This whole thing has caused me and my parents a whole load of grief which I am trying to sort out now. Please be aware that this place is a one way ticket- your family member will never leave.
