This is an organization that sticks its head in the sand when problems arise. They cannot even solve a form of discrimination. The approach here is quite amateurish. They even hire management assistants who cannot yet manage to write an error-free letter. Cronyism prevails within this institution. People here talk a lot about individual 'client interests' and customization. Practice shows otherwise. It can and should be better.
