My mother is getting excellent care during her rehab stay
Very clean and well organized for a nursing home. Especially these days. I would have my loved one there if need be.
In general I would say this is a good safe environment for elderly. The staff is friendly. I feel it could use a little attention to cleaning. I noticed the person I visited with a wheelchair was oftentimes dirty, baseboards in the main area need to be wiped down, carpet/flooring could be cleaner. From what I've seen from the kitchen it looks very clean and the food is pretty good. I've noticed bathrooms are also very clean. Also I've never smelled any urine essence some nursing homes can be a problem.
My grandma was here for rehab and she absolutely loved the place ( she's a bit hard to please). She loved the food and staff. The staff genuinely cares about the patients and go above and beyond to help them. A special shout out to nurse Karen. Who is now my grandma's favorite person.
Smells like urine. Working experience was bad. Short staff could never find Stna when I needed help. Used diapers placed outside of pt's room after visiting hours, makes facility smell. Wl
