My brother is receiving rehabilitation at the Center. It is a very clean facility with wide hallways and spacious rooms. The staff is professional, compassionate, friendly and very patient and skilled with my brother. Honest and upfront with him as he is guided through therapy and nutritional adjustments, they still allow him to maintain his dignity. He has been very pleased with his stay.
If you have a friend or loved one staying here, make sure you remove their jewelry to keep it safe. My mother-in-law went into this establishment, and within two weeks her gold mother's ring with six gemstones went missing. Mind you, this ring never left her finger in fifty years. Shameful!
My 77 year old husband had many physical setbacks due to complications from peripheral neuropathy and Covid. Your facility was absolutely fantastic helping him improve and gain back strength he had lost. I was always able to communicate with staff and had my concerns answered. Everyone is pleasant and supportive. My husband is very picky about meals, however he loved their selections. The physical and occupational therapists were wonderful. In his youth, my husband was a competitive athlete. He was impressed with the therapy he had received during his stay. I’m picking him up after his 2 week stay and he is much improved. Thank you all at Kennebunk Center Rehabilitation.
All the staff here was amazing. My Mother got the best care ever. I must add how clean it is. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you to all of you !
