To say I’m thrilled to have my parents at Kempton would be an understatement. They were the first two residents on the Assisted Living floor and have been treated like royalty. They have a lovely, sunny two-bedroom apartment with windows overlooking a beautiful flower-filled terrace. So far, they’re enjoying the meals and we’re looking forward to joining them for dinner soon. The caregivers couldn’t be nicer and have helped my 90+ year old parents adapt to a new life with all the help they need at the touch of a button on their wrists. Kudos to everyone for a job well done and a well-thought-out senior living experience. Oh, and did I mention the dining room is drop-dead gorgeous!

Kempton of Charleston is a beautiful facility. My was admitted for physical therapy. The admissions coordinator, Renee Chavis guided us every step of the way. The facility is amazing. The staff is great as well. Thanks Kempton for everything!!😍
During a difficult time for our family, Renee in admissions was very helpful in getting my father a nice room in a timely manner. His transition went smoothly. The staff and caregivers are friendly, helpful, and attentive to my father’s needs.
All the staff on the memory care unit are wonderful. Gail, Shonta, Kari & Jessica are especially wonderful. I am so thankful to have them on our care team!
When we needed a new facility for my husband's parents, we used Cindy Williams of Simply Seniors Services of Charleston to assist us in the right placement and she recommended we tour Kempton of Charleston. Kempton of Charleston has been the best fit for my in-laws and our family. We rest easy knowing they are receiving excellent care. Because this is not a large facility, Kempton feels more like a family and we have been able to build strong relationships with nurses and other staff key members. We love seeing the events and pictures of staff and residents on social media. The facility is really beautiful and we love to reserve the private dining room so my mother-in-law feels like she is able to be a host. The location is great and it is bright and cheery. The staff always positive and are very welcoming. We appreciate the leadership of the wonderful Executive Director Lindsey French and the fantastic support from Lisa McLeod through this process. I highly recommend Kempton of Charleston.
