I brought 5 years of experience to the Life Enrichment Director position at Kelly.. I lasted 3 months. In the end, I left because it became too exhausting to maintain my positive and upbeat attitude every day. I had no support in developing a thriving environment because the residents trying to get their basic needs met always took center stage. The SSD (social services director) who was being trained for all those months was finally demoted to reception. Most of my day involved doing social services tasks rather than activities. There was specific things I reported, serious things, that did not get addressed. Basically, they bit off more than they could chew with these state contracts. Regardless of my education and experience in behavior analysis, regional did not care. I saw 2 different Ed's in my 3 months and when the newest took my office away for more storage, I knew it was time to go. By the way, in these reviews, Alex is regional staff. Anastasia is ex-business office manager. Alex's wife is on here. Any from before June of 2023 are from previous ownership. Basically, these reviews are not truthful. Visit and ask the residents questions to be sure before you commit your family here. You'll see. Update: The owners told me if I don't take this review down, my rep will be ruined. Before I left, the residents had cried and asked me to stay in their lives. Alex knew I volunteer at previous jobs while working for him so this is normal for me. Yet, they called the police on me when I came to visit, even though I was invited. The residents at this community are not typical. Many of them were homeless or came from trauma and have little to no support system. Life Enrichment was exactly what they needed. As a professional, I have always kept my boundaries in line. I didn't discuss this stuff with the residents and treated it as a completely separate issue. I simply care about their well-being. Here, you can see the company will ignore resident rights and preferences in an effort to bully me into silence... Very indicative of how they respect and treat their people.

There’s a lot to say about this job thing said to be done and never done. My time here was okay when the right people worked. The management horrible nobody talks to anybody soemtimes the ED wouldn’t even know what his nurses were doing. In my time I pulled hour on top of hour on top of hours for this job I walked almost a mile with one of their resident because they couldn’t get him home from somewhere they sent him. The only bad part on my end was I would call out usually when my children were sick. But then December came an my family of 9 got sick Covid an strep throat an they could care less I was out for two week I informed the ED my doctor would give him a dr note as soon as I could return to work I was out from December 17 an got fired or as they call forfeited my job due to non contact which I contact on December 22nd then again I believe the 24th I also called the facility asking for the ED where I was told he wasn’t in or couldn’t be found but those calls never got to him he stated then stated I was never fired I was taken off the schedule but then come to find out I was on December 31 for no contact. Let’s not also talk about the sexual harassment females were getting from one of their resident then I was told to document document document but as soon as I wrote it all down like they asked they just left it in the receptionist room an never spokes on it again. All of the stuff glo stated was basically true
