Horrible service,,, aide has mail coming to my mothers house , agency has nurse don’t know how to clean patients properly... had to put in a waiver for my mom to get an new service provider because they are not contacting family members that is Competent they keep using the advice and taking advantage of my mentally Incompetent brother to make decisions for my mother We have reached out to this agency and they did not call us back do not use this company
PLEASE do your research before using the unprofessional agency. The owner Christine Williams is ALWAYS in meetings when you need to speak with her with concerns pertaining to your loved ones. My Mom has been approved for care, 7 days a week, 8 hours a day and on the weekends the Aide(s) may call out and notify the agency before the weekend and the agency WILL NOT notify the resident. My Mom has gone numerous times on weekends without service and got sick with no one there to help her. A nurse is supposed to come out once a month to assess my Mom, we haven't seen anyone in 4 months. The list goes on and on!!! I have been advised to file a complaint against this agency. The government is funding this agency for what??
The home health service is terrible. My mom has been receiving services for years and the aids are horrible. Attitudes are nasty and when you speak up for your loved ones they get real defensive. They come and go as they please and I have complained before and it was brushed off as it wasn’t a serious matter. All the 5 star reviews that are recently posted are indeed FAKE.
My mother was being Neglected by staff. They sleep on the job NOT CHANGING HER ON TIME and leave 2-3 hours at a time while I’m gone to work not knowing I have cameras and expected me to sign their time sheet for 8 hours. My mother supposed to get 16 hrs of care a day 7 days a week BUT we was only getting 8 hrs a day Monday-Friday. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.
