Some staff are rude and unprofessional and expect agency staff to work more than what they are supposed to because they get paid more. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst Aged care I’ve been to. I notified my Agency not to send me the shifts from this Aged Care.
I would like to thank all at Opal Kawana for taking great care with my father. He was having a hard time dealing with dementia but nothing was too hard for the great staff looking after him till the end. Many Thanks
