Excellent. Very informative and professional. Cleared up some of the confusion we had regarding home care. Rachael's presentation on speech pathology was also very good, definitely an eye opener of the different issues speech therapy can address. We are glad we attended and would recommend anyone who is unsure of the next step in home care.

I've been extremely pleased with the services provided by Just Better Care. Their team is professional, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering top-notch care. Communication is a breeze, especially with the Just Better Care app. The app makes it incredibly easy to schedule appointments, communicate with caregivers, and stay updated on care plans. Highly recommend Just Better Care for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate aged care services in Sydney!
My family went for a 12 day cruise, with my 96 year old mum, and a personal carer, from Just Better Care. Our carer was incredibly helpful, considerate, kind hearted and, also, excellent company. She constantly thought ahead of our needs and prepared the way forward, on a minute by minute basis, over an extended voyage, with many on shore excursions. It was a wonderful trip that we will remember for years to come, only made possible by the expertise and care offered by this agency and their wonderful carer. We won’t leave home again without her! Highly recommended.
Outstanding Service and Compassionate Care Just Better Care has been an absolute blessing for our family. My dad needed extra support after his surgery, and the team at Just Better Care stepped in seamlessly. Their carers are not only professional but also incredibly kind and considerate. Dad’s carer has been amazing. She’s always punctual and goes out of her way to ensure Dad’s needs are met. Whether it’s helping with his daily exercises or just having a friendly chat, she’s always there with a smile. The support from the office team has been stellar as well. They’ve been very accommodating with our scheduling needs and are always prompt with any queries we have.
I recently spent a fortnight with my longtime friend who is now confined to bed with end stage MS. I was, & always am, impressed with the level of care provided by JBC Carers, Olivia & Belinda. These women have provided personal care to my friend for many years now. They have developed a close & compassionate bond with my friend & she trusts them implicitly. Their caring responsibilities are not just a job to them, they treat my friend like they would wish to be treated themselves, with kindness, love & respect. They understand my friend's wishes & choices & always make her feel valued. A HUGE thankyou to all of the carers who go over & above to make life easier for the aged & disabled.
