There is a lot that Juniper gets right. The nursing staff is excellent. Mr. Ed is an excellent. Where the facility falls short right now is the the dining room and food service. They seem to lack the staff necessary to serve all the residents. It's not uncommon for residents to wait 30-45 minutes before someone takes their food order or brings them their food. And when the food arrives it's seldom hot. I've raised these concerns with the staff. I'm hopeful I can raise this rating in the future.

My Mother-in-Law, Katerine Robinson, recently moved into the facilty. The management and staff were wonderful. My wife and I could not been happier with the care mom received up to her passing. The facilty is beautiful and I highly recommend it.
They go above and beyond all prior expectations and they are all so kind genuine and helpful! It’s a world of difference from other places I’ve seen. I finally have a calm piece of mind now. Thank you so much for raising that bar of excellence!
